Head Chef Chad Simpson has unveiled his New menu.  Following the success of his Winter menu Chad Simpson is sure to delight your senses with a range of fresh local produce and inspiring (and yummy) dishes.

Combine our new menu with our resort style atmosphere and a few of your friends and family to help create a truely memorable experience - which we hope will have you returning again and again.

The new menu includes;

seared japanese scallops - pan seared scallops on cauliflower puree with julienne apple and snow pea shoots

crispy skin Atlantic salmon - pan seared crispy skin Atlantic salmon with roast mini roma tomatoes, proscuitto wtrapped asparagus and a lemon butter

berry surprise brulee - creamy vanilla brulee with a crisp toffee crust and mixed berry bottom with lime and pistachio biscotti

RESTAURANT AND CATERING AWARDS - Savour Australia

WINNER!!!!!

3 Nippers was announced on Monday 28th July 2010 at the 2010 Northern Savour Australia Restaurant and Catering Awards Gala Presentation as winner of the prestigious "Best Restaurant in a Resort" category. This is the second time in 3 years that 3 Nippers has won the award. 3 Nippers was also a finalist in the Hotel Cater category.  We are humbled by public nominations which has seen us become a finalist. 3 Nippers will now challenge the state awards in both categories, at the State Restaurant and Catering Awards for Excellence in October 2010. Congratulations to Chad, Paul and their teams for a job well done. Good Luck at the State Awards.

The Restaurant and Catering Awards for Excellence are operated by the Restaurant and Catering Association of NSW on an annual basis and are aimed at recognising restaurants and caterers who exceed in both food and service.

Executive Chef Chad Simpson - Finalist in the Mid North Coast Signature Dish Competition

Executive Chef Chad Simpson has been selected as a finalist in the 3rd Annual Mid North Coast Signature Dish competition. Chad will be competing against 11 of the regions finest chefs on Thursday September 9th for the final "cook off". Chad will also be competing for the prestigious "Peoples Choice" award.
